The Best Of 2018 - Pirates Adventure
As we head to the end of the year, it is only right to look back at what an incredible summer we had at the Pirates Theatre. With record numbers being seen across the summer, it certainly was a summer to remember!
We welcomed thousands of you from March to October including all ages, backgrounds and countries - 2018 was a truly international Adventure!
Hundreds of you enjoyed our VVIP Below Decks Experience including our backstage tour and exclusive opportunity to meet the Pirates in their exclusive training area. New things are in store for 2019, including an incredible surprise to end the tour!
We welcoming some new faces coming in to fill the big boots of Sir Henry Morgan, Captain Scarlett and Jacques Lafitte, and were treated to the returning Barbarossa, Sir Francis Drake and Blackbeard as true crowd favourites.
We saw some incredible acrobatics debut throughout the season, and improvements on our favourite acrobatic parts in the show. From flying through the air and being caught mid swing, to triple somersaults above the heads of the crowd, it really was an Adventure!
You helped us raise over €2,300 for the victims of the disastrous flash floods in Sant Llorenç towards the end of the summer, proving that Mallorca can always come together when needed.
We finished the season in style with our one-of-a-kind Halloween show bringing the best bits of Pirates Adventure and Pirates Reloaded together. And this year there wasn't a seat spare in the house!
We also saw the popularity of our newest show Gringos explode during the season, with adults of all ages enjoying the chaos of rave-bingo!
As we look forward to 2019 we are bringing the best bits of the last few seasons together, while combining some amazing new elements, to ensure that this coming summer is another incredible adventure to remember!
