Una producción teatral de temática pirata centrada en una historia del bien contra el mal combinada con acrobacias fuera de lo común, impresionantes coreografías de baile y una historia llena de humor; completada con tecnología inmersiva y efectos especiales
¿Son estos espectáculos aptos para familias?
Pirates Adventure es adecuado para familias, parejas y grupos de todas las edades. Pirates Reloaded y Gringos Bingo es estrictamente para mayores de 18 años.
¿Qué categoría de asiento tiene la mejor visibilidad?
VVIP y VIP tiene la mejor visibilidad, sin embargo, el espectáculo es inmersivo y se desarrolla por todo el teatro, lo que permite que el público se sienta involucrado en el espectáculo.
¿Cuál es la duración del programa?
Pirates Adventure Show tiene una duración de 1 hora 30 minutos, con 2 partes de 45 minutos cada una.
¿Cuánto tiempo antes del comienzo del espectáculo debo llegar al recinto? ¿Hay un límite de tiempo para acceder después del inicio de los espectáculos?
El bar al aire libre y la zona de asientos están abiertos a partir de las 16:00. Tenga en cuenta que debe llegar antes de las 17:30 incluso si ha elegido su asiento.

¿Cuáles son las principales diferencias entre Pirates Adventure, Pirates Reloaded y Gringos?
Pirates Adventure es el espectáculo original de cena familiar que entretiene a millones de visitantes desde hace 40 años. Lleva al público a un viaje mágico a través de una época en la que los piratas dominaban los siete mares. Una historia llena de acción y espectáculos acrobáticos que entretendrán a todas las edades.
Pirates Reloaded es una experiencia de espectáculo de club solo para adultos con sesiones de DJ en vivo, un ambiente de fiesta lleno de energía y un increíble espectáculo acrobático combinado con lo último en tecnología de luz y sonido.
Gringos es un evento rave de bingo único, que reúne grandes premios, himnos que hacen que te pongas de pie y un ambiente de fiesta incomparable con cualquier otra noche en la isla. Espere caos, bailes, batallas de sincronización de labios e intervalos rave para una noche verdaderamente inolvidable para mayores de 18 años

¿Puedo seleccionar un asiento o mesa específica?
Le ofrecemos la opción de elegir su asiento como extra durante el proceso de reserva. Puede seleccionar en el plano de asientos la mesa en la que desea estar sentado. Tenga en cuenta lo siguiente: Si sois menos de 8 personas, existe la posibilidad de que compartáis mesa con otros huéspedes
¿Cuál es el horario?
Las puertas se abren a las 18:00 y el espectáculo finaliza sobre las 20:45
¿Está permitido hacer fotos y grabar durante el espectáculo?
Las grabaciones de vídeo y las fotos tomadas con teléfonos móviles están permitidas, animamos a subir este contenido a las cuentas de redes sociales de los invitados durante la noche.
¿Existe un código de vestimenta específico?
No hay un código de vestimenta estricto, la mayoría de los invitados llevan un atuendo elegante / informal.
KIDS
Are there any special prices for children?
Children under 2 go free, but still require a ticket. Please note they do not receive a meal.
(although a childs meal can be purchased in the theatre). As they are not allocated a seat they must be sat on an adults lap.
Child tickets are availible from the ages of 2-12 years old.
Children over 12 will need to purchase a full-priced adult ticket. Please note, proof of age may be requested.
Are strollers allowed?
All prams and strollers will be stored on arrival, and can be accessed at any point during the performance, but due to health and safety reasons they cannot be in the aisles.

Is there parking available near the venue?
There is a free public car park opposite the theatre.
Is transport provided to get to the venues?
We offer transport from all major resorts across Mallorca. Please note that some routes are only available on certain days of the week and may not operate during the early and late seasons. If the transport option for your resort is unavailable, please contact us directly for assistance at transport@globobaelar.com or call (34) 971130411.

Is the theatre accesible for disabled people?
Yes. We have wheelchair access and wheel chair accesable tables. Please ensure that you tick the wheelchair assistance box during your booking process. If you have specific requirements please advise us in the comments box during your booking process.

How much are the tickets?
What payment methods are accepted when buying a ticket?
We accept: Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay and cash on the door.
Can i buy tickets on the door?
Yes, we advise you to call us beforehand to check availibility.
Can I change the ticket category or add more tickets too my booking?

Can I add extras after purchassing my tickets?
Yes, you can add extras by clicking the “manage my booking” link in the confirmation email or contact us by email: customerservices@globobalear.com.
What is included in the ticket price?
Tickets include entry to the show, your meal and selected soft drinks
How do I get my entrance tickets?
Please bring your confirmation email either printed out or on a mobile device to the box office at the venue.
Can I reprint the tickets if I lose them or they are stolen?
Please contact us if your printed confirmation has been lost or stolen by emailing us at: customerservices@globobalear.com or call: (34) 971 130 411
What happens if I bought a ticket but cannot attend; is there a refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable at the time of purchase. However if you have selected the 'booking protection insurance' we can change a date of a show, we can hold you tickets for up to 12 months or you can select another show however you may be subject to any price difference if the date you wish to move to is more than the date you chose originally. If the new ticket cost is lower than the original, you will not be refunded the difference. If you do not take out the 'booking protection insurance' you will be charged €30 admin fee.

COMIDAS Y BEBIDAS
Can I purchase food and drink during the show?
Your ticket includes a meal of roast chicken, chips, and corn on the cob for adults, and chicken nuggets with chips for children, along with selected soft drinks that are refillable at the bar. A vegetarian option is available but must be pre-booked. Ice cream desserts can be requested.
Inside the theatre, you'll find bars offering a variety of alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, spirits, ciders, premium beers, wine, and champagne. There’s also a dedicated bottle service for premium spirits, with a price list and menu available at each table. Snacks are available for purchase before and during the show.
If you would like to purchase an extra meal this can be arranged through your host in the theatre.

Allergies and food intollerances ?
