TRANSPORT WITH TICKET

We offer transport from most major resorts around the island of Mallorca. Some routes are limited to certain days of the week, and are sometimes unavailable during very early season and late season. For any transport queries, please contact us at transport@globobalear.com There is a free shuttle bus available from some resorts in the South of the island and Transport from resorts in the North and East is priced at €15pp return.

TAXI

Local taxis are readily available and will know where the theatre is located, and are roughly priced at €6 from Magaluf, €8 from Palma Nova, €14 from Santa Ponca one way. BUS

Resorts closer to the theatre (Santa Ponca, Palma Nova and surrounding areas) are easily accessible by local public transport, with a bus stop immediately outside that serves the bus routes 123 (Santa Ponça - Cas Català) and 104 (Magaluf - Palma)

CAR

If you are driving to the theatre, there is free and ample parking outside, the venue is accessible via the Ma-1 motorway, taking exit. 14 (Magaluf / El Toro) then over the roundabout onto Carretera Cala Figuera, continuing to the third roundabout marked with an 8. Take the second exit down Cami Porrasa on to the roundabout opposite Pirates Theatre.

What am I going to watch?

The Pirates Adventure Dinner Show makes the perfect night out in Mallorca for families, couples and groups. Voted the island's number one attraction for over 40 years. A pirate-themed dinner show that brings the classic story of good versus evil to life with world-class acrobatics, comedy, and dance. The excitement starts outside where you first meet the cast, and your story begins. Once inside, a towering 12-meter high Pirate’s Galleon sets the stage, placing you right in the heart of the action—feel the heat from the fire, hear the clash of swords, and watch in awe as pirates soar above your head! Enjoy the most magical evening filled with jaw-dropping entertainment, topped off with a delicious meal of roast chicken, chips, and a selection of soft drinks. It’s an unforgettable experience where acrobatics will leave you speechless, dancers will dazzle, and the memories of this night will last forever.. Is this show suitable for families?

Pirates Adventure is suitable for all ages, from 2 - 90!

Can I select a specific seat or table?

Yes. This is only available when booking direct, and subject to availability. You can select your table online when reserving your tickets, starting at a cost of €7.50 per person. If you don’t reserve your table beforehand when booking, your seats will be allocated on arrival. If your party is larger than 8 please refer to our 'Events & Groups' section.

Is taking pictures and recording allowed during the show?

Video footage and photos taken on mobile phones are permitted, we encourage this content to be uploaded on guest’s social media accounts on the night.

Is there a specific dress code?

There is not a strict dress code, most guests wear smart / casual attire.

Is there a cloakroom?

No.

What language is spoken in the show?

The show is conducted in English, but is suitable for an international audience as it is easy to follow and understand being a very visual production.

What are the differences between Pirates Adventure, Pirates Reloaded, Gringos The Family Rave and Gringos?

Gringos Bingo and Reloaded are our Adult shows .
Pirates Adventure and Gringos Family Rave are our Family shows.

What are the differences between the seating categories?

VVIP-Be wisked away to your own exculsive area and be guaranteed the best seats in the house.
VIP– Benefit from fast-tracked entrance and preferential seating closer to the stage for a more immersive experience.
Quarter deck – Guaranteed middle of the action seats, no more than 5 meters from the stage.
Main deck – Includes entrance with seating no more than 15 meters from the stage.

What time does the show start and end?

The outdoor bar and seating area is open from 16:00, please note you should arrive no later than 17:30 even if you have chosen your seat.

What happens if I lose something at the venue?

Is there a smoking area?

There is a no smoking policy inside the theatre, however guests can smoke in designated areas outside.

KIDS

Are there any special prices for children?

Children under 2 go free, but still require a ticket. Please note they do not receive a meal.
(although a childs meal can be purchased in the theatre). As they are not allocated a seat they must be sat on an adults lap.
Child tickets are availible from the ages of 2-12 years old.
Children over 12 will need to purchase a full-priced adult ticket. Please note, proof of age may be requested.

Are strollers allowed?

All prams and strollers will be stored on arrival, and can be accessed at any point during the performance, but due to health and safety reasons they cannot be in the aisles.

HOW TO ARRIVE

Is there parking available near the venue?

There is a free public car park opposite the theatre.

Is transport provided to get to the venues?

We offer transport from all major resorts across Mallorca. Please note that some routes are only available on certain days of the week and may not operate during the early and late seasons. ACCESSIBILITY

Is the theatre accesible for disabled people?

Yes. We have wheelchair access and wheel chair accesable tables. Please ensure that you tick the wheelchair assistance box during your booking process. If you have specific requirements please advise us in the comments box during your booking process.

How much are the tickets?

What payment methods are accepted when buying a ticket?

We accept: Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay and cash on the door.

Can i buy tickets on the door?

Yes, we advise you to call us beforehand to check availibility.

Can I change the ticket category or add more tickets too my booking?

Can I add extras after purchassing my tickets?

Yes, you can add extras by clicking the “manage my booking” link in the confirmation email or contact us by email: customerservices@globobalear.com.

What is included in the ticket price?

Tickets include entry to the show, your meal and selected soft drinks

How do I get my entrance tickets?

Please bring your confirmation email either printed out or on a mobile device to the box office at the venue.

Can I reprint the tickets if I lose them or they are stolen?

Please contact us if your printed confirmation has been lost or stolen by emailing us at: customerservices@globobalear.com or call: (34) 971 130 411

What happens if I bought a ticket but cannot attend; is there a refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable at the time of purchase. However if you have selected the 'booking protection insurance' we can change a date of a show, we can hold you tickets for up to 12 months or you can select another show however you may be subject to any price difference if the date you wish to move to is more than the date you chose originally. If the new ticket cost is lower than the original, you will not be refunded the difference. If you do not take out the 'booking protection insurance' you will be charged €30 admin fee.

Can the entire theater be rented for a show, private event or celebration?

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Can I purchase food and drink during the show?

Your ticket includes a meal of roast chicken, chips, and corn on the cob for adults, and chicken nuggets with chips for children, along with selected soft drinks that are refillable at the bar. A vegetarian option is available but must be pre-booked. Ice cream desserts can be requested.
Inside the theatre, you'll find bars offering a variety of alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, spirits, ciders, premium beers, wine, and champagne. There’s also a dedicated bottle service for premium spirits, with a price list and menu available at each table. Snacks are available for purchase before and during the show.
If you would like to purchase an extra meal this can be arranged through your host in the theatre.

Can I add drinks if I have already got my tickets?

Allergies and food intollerances ?

Our chicken, chips, and corn on the cob meal is gluten-free. Here is a link to our guide lines- LINK

Can i bring my own food and drinks to the show ?

Unless for a special dietary requirement which has been agreed with reservations department prior to attending.
